Our editing standard · Headshots
- Retouch to the person, not past them: remove the temporary, keep the permanent.
- No skin smoothing that removes texture. Blemishes go, pores stay.
- Consistent crop, background tone and exposure across every person in the set.
- Eyes sharp. If the eyes are soft the frame is not delivered.
- Neutral white balance; no colour cast from the backdrop.
- Deliver a square, a 4:5 and a wide crop of every selected frame.
