Common tasks

Delete your account

In the app, open Account, then Delete account, and confirm the request.

Cancel or finish your open bookings first. Finish your assigned jobs or ask the studio to reassign them. Outstanding payouts must be paid before you delete your account. Email the studio if you need help.

When you delete your account, it stops working at once. Personal details are then scrubbed, and your sign-in is removed. If a booking, an assigned job or a payout is in the way, nothing is removed and your account keeps working. If it stays locked after that, email the studio.

Deletion removes your profile name and phone; worker home ZIP, categories and active status; Editor timezone preferences; push devices and current positions; linked enquiry contact details, request details, preferred dates and ZIP; review comments; shoot addresses, lockbox codes and access notes; briefs and edit notes; revision notes and outcomes; and ticket subjects and bodies. Roles are disabled. Required enquiry and text fields use anonymous placeholders.

Booking and payment records needed for accounting remain linked to an account ID. Projects, payouts, assignments, project events, review scores and connected payout-account records also remain. System cancellation reasons remain. Retention periods need legal confirmation. Deletion does not automatically erase uploaded media, unlinked applications or waitlist entries, provider backups, or close your Stripe Express account. The studio handles connected-account closure after all earnings are paid.
