Our editing standard · Real estate stills
- Verticals are vertical. Correct converging lines; no leaning walls.
- Horizon and counter lines level within 0.3 degrees.
- Window pulls recovered — exteriors visible through every window, never blown white.
- Single neutral white balance across the set; no colour drift room to room.
- Interior lighting warm but not orange; target 4000–4600K.
- Remove the photographer's reflection from every mirror and glass surface.
- Clone out hoses, bins, cords and stray cables on exteriors.
- No sky replacement unless the order includes it.
- Shadows lifted, highlights held. No crushed blacks, no HDR halo.
- Deliver in the shot-list order, named by room.
